  • Platform refers to Call Optix's AI-powered call analytics, transcription, VoIP, and coaching software provided as a service to Clients.
  • Website refers to the Call Optix marketing website at https://calloptix.com.
  • Client means any business or organization that has entered into an agreement with Call Optix to use the Platform.
  • End User means any individual whose call is recorded, transcribed, or analyzed through the Platform by a Client.
  • Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • You / Your means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website or Platform.

3. Website Data We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

Call Optix may provide VoIP telephony, call recording infrastructure, and AI-powered analytics as part of its service offering, and Platform Data may be stored on Call Optix systems.

4.2 Role as Data Processor

With respect to Platform Data, Call Optix acts as a data processor (or service provider, as applicable under relevant law) on behalf of our Clients, who are the data controllers. We process Platform Data solely in accordance with our Clients' instructions and for the purposes of providing the services described in our agreement with them. We do not sell Platform Data, nor do we use it for purposes unrelated to the provision of our services.

4.3 Requests from Recorded Parties

If you are an individual whose call was recorded or analyzed through Call Optix by one of our Clients, please direct any inquiries, data access requests, or deletion requests to the organization that recorded your call, as they are the data controller responsible for determining how your data is processed. Call Optix will cooperate with our Clients to fulfil such requests in accordance with applicable law.

4.4 Client Responsibility

Our Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Call Optix's recording, transcription, and analysis capabilities complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining any required consents and providing any required notices to recorded parties. Call Optix does not assume liability for our Clients' compliance obligations.

5. How We Use Website Data

We use Website Data for the following purposes:

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside.
